JENNVIE Med Spa was founded by Jennifer Velazquez, RN and Jennifer personally performs every injectable treatment. She built Jennvie to bring elevated, personalized aesthetic and wellness care to Westport and Fairfield County, where clients see the same trusted, expert hands at every visit.
With a strong clinical nursing background, Jennifer takes a safety-focused, educational, and detail-oriented approach to every treatment, specializing in natural-looking results that leave you refreshed never overdone. Her goal is simple: every client leaves confident, informed, and beautifully themselves.

Dr. Rolando Alvarez — Medical Director
As Medical Director of JENNVIE Med Spa, Dr. Alvarez provides medical oversight for Jennvie's wellness and metabolic health programs, working alongside founder and lead injector Jennifer Velazquez, RN.
A physician trained in functional and age-management medicine, he focuses on optimizing metabolic health, energy, and longevity through evidence-based, root-cause care treating the source, not just the symptoms.
Dr. Alvarez earned his medical degree from St. George's University and completed a fellowship in Nuclear Medicine at the University of Michigan. He is board certified by the American Board of Nuclear Medicine and certified in Age Management Medicine by the Cenegenics® Medical Institute. An avid martial artist and weightlifter, he lives the performance-focused lifestyle he helps his patients achieve.
