Botox in Westport, CT

Most women who come to me for Botox say the same thing first: "I don't want to look frozen." Neither do I.
I use conservative doses and careful placement, so you still move, smile and look like yourself. Just smoother, and more rested.

What it treats
Botox relaxes the muscles that crease your skin when you frown, squint or raise your brows. It works best on lines you can see when your face moves.
I treat forehead lines, frown lines (the 11s), crow's feet, bunny lines on the nose, chin dimpling and neck bands. I also use it for a lip flip, a gummy smile, masseter tension and jaw slimming, and excessive sweating in certain areas.
Who it's for
Botox suits you if you're starting to see lines that stay a little longer than they used to, or lines you've had for years and want softened.
It's a good first treatment if you're new to injectables. It's also a good fit if you're busy, because most people go right back to their day.
It isn't for everyone. If you're pregnant or breastfeeding, or have certain neuromuscular conditions, we'll wait or skip it. I'll go over your history first.
How I approach it
I watch how your face moves before I decide anything. Everyone's muscles are different, so doses are too.
I'll tell you about how many units I'd suggest, what I'd treat, and what I'd leave alone. If you've had Botox before, tell me what you liked and what you didn't. That helps me a lot.
I'm a registered nurse, and my injectable work is physician-guided.

What to expect
We start with your medical history and goals. Then I mark the areas and treat with a very fine needle. Most people describe it as a quick pinch.
You might see small bumps for a few minutes and, now and then, a little bruise. Results start in a few days, with the full effect around two weeks.
Aftercare
Stay upright for a few hours, don't rub or press the treated areas, and skip hard workouts, saunas and facials for the rest of the day. Makeup is fine once any pinpoint marks settle.
If anything feels off after two weeks, message me. I'd rather see you than have you wonder.
Aftercare above is my general guidance. Jennifer to confirm it matches her written aftercare sheet.
How long it lasts
Results usually last three to four months, though that varies. Many women come back on a regular rhythm so they never fully lose the softening.
Pricing
$290 per area (forehead, 11s or crow's feet). Lip flip $175. Gummy smile $290. Masseter $500. Financing is available through Cherry and Sunbit.
Which neurotoxin is right for me?
Choosing the right wrinkle relaxer is personal. It depends on how your face moves, your past experiences, and even your lifestyle. Here's my honest breakdown of each, no jargon, just what you need to know to pick the best match.
Botox
Botox is still the go-to for predictable, consistent results. Most patients see it kick in around day 3 to 7, with full results around two weeks. I love it for precise areas like the frown lines and subtle brow lifts. It's a good first choice, especially if consistency matters most to you.
Dysport
Dysport tends to kick in quicker, some notice results in just a few days. It spreads slightly more, creating a naturally smooth, soft finish, especially across larger areas like the forehead. I recommend Dysport if you're looking for fast, noticeable improvement and gentle blending.
Xeomin
Xeomin is a minimalist's favorite, just the active ingredient, no extras. It's ideal if you get treatments regularly and want to avoid developing resistance. I recommend it especially if you're thinking long-term about your treatments and want a straightforward, reliable result.
Jeuveau
Jeuveau feels fresh and smooth once it sets in, typically within a week. It's a solid choice if you're used to Botox but curious about something newer. I find it gives a really natural look, ideal if you want refined lines without feeling overly stiff.
Daxxify
Daxxify has a peptide that helps your results last longer. Many patients start seeing results within just one or two days. I suggest it if you have a busy schedule or prefer fewer appointments, as it can maintain your smoothness over a longer stretch of time.
How I help choose your match
Picking the right relaxer means looking at how your muscles move, your skin's thickness, and the results you want. Together, we'll discuss your experiences, goals, and timing to make sure we pick the option that genuinely suits you best.
